    UK chancellor Jeremy Hunt announced £1 million in the Budget for a memorial to honor Muslim soldiers from India and elsewhere who fought in the two world wars. The memorial, to be built by the World Wars Muslim Memorial Trust at the National Memorial Arboretum, will take the shape of a minaret.
